⁷ The angel of the Lord touched him a second time and said, “Get up and eat, because the journey is too difficult for you.” ⁸ He got up, and ate and drank. Strengthened by that food, he traveled for forty days and forty nights to the mountain of God, Horeb. ⁹ He entered a cave and spent the night there. The word of the Lord said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”
